Alive Activities are running sessions for carers at their Brentry Allotment on the third Wednesday of every month. These sessions are for anyone caring for someone with a diagnosis of dementia, but we’re especially keen to welcome people whose loved one has recently gone into a care home or has passed away.
These participant-led sessions allow carers to connect, share their experiences, offer peer support and relax.
Gardening and green craft activities will be available.
The space is fully accessible and there is a compost loo, shelter if the elements are against us and tea, cake and biscuits are available.
