I specialise in nervous system regulation, eco-anxiety, modern life overwhelm, nature disconnection, support through life changes, and general support to explore one’s inner world alongside the wider natural world.
Trained with the Natural Academy over three years in Ecopsychology and Nature-based Practice. With twenty-five years experience working on the edge of systems change and business-as-usual. I believe we all have the natural ability to heal, be well and be in service to the world.
