If you look after a family member, friend or neighbour who couldn’t manage without your support, and you’re not paid for it, you are a carer. Many people don’t recognise themselves as carers, but your role is vital and you deserve support too.

Our walk & talk group for global majority carers offers a welcoming and supportive space where you can take some time for yourself, enjoy gentle exercise outdoors in nature, connect with other carers who may be experiencing similar challenges, and receive information and a listening ear from our friendly support worker β€” all in a relaxed and understanding environment.

Stoke Park is a fantastic place to explore β€” with spectacular views across Bristol, woodland trails and unique wood carvings along the way. The walks are relaxed and suitable for all abilities. You can go at your own pace: there’s no pressure, just support and fresh air.

Caring for someone can sometimes feel isolating. You don’t have to do it alone.

Come and join us! Book your place today and give yourself the time you deserve.

If you’d like to find out more or reserve a space, please get in touch.
