Join our Connect3 FREE Wellbeing Walks, gentle and welcoming group walks designed to help you reconnect β with yourself, with others, and with nature. These sessions are especially for anyone struggling with their mental wellbeing, feeling isolated, or simply looking for a space to breathe in nature.
Thanks to generous funding from the National Lottery, these walks are completely free to attend.
