Walk & talk group for carers and their loved ones with dementia in Brislington

Are you caring for someone with dementia? Join our friendly walk & talk group with the person you care for that is starting soon in Brislington! It’s a chance to take a gentle stroll in a relaxed, supportive environment with others who understand the challenges of caring. The group will run over several sessions, and in some of these, you’ll also have the opportunity to take part in a gentle introduction to gardening at the local Alive allotment. You don’t need to be super fit — just open to connecting with others and enjoying a bit of fresh air and community. We’d love to welcome you!
