A day to nourish yourself mind, body and heart through connecting with nature in a lovely private woodland space.
It is so easy to get caught-up in our busy lives and all that brings. This is an opportunity to take a break, find quiet and a clearer perspective.
The day will include periods of silence, led practices and activities. Trained practitioners will guide you through the day and support you to reconnect with yourself as well as with nature.
We will explore the natural surroundings through periods of mindful walking, free time over lunch, creative activities and movement practice.
