at Greyfield Woods Roundhouse, High Littleton
Brief overview:
Morning: Somatic practices to include movement/ dance, song, tree conversations, practices to connect with instinct, intuition and body intelligence, with the second brain of the gut and to grow our animal sensing within the animistic, sentient and archetypal natural world which is available to us when fully in our ecological selves.
Afternoon: Using found natural materials we will create patterns in nature such as cosmic swirls, radiating stars, lotus, mandala, stone trysts and towers, geometric design, connected stems, portals.
We will make sure we all stay warm through walking, movement, fire, hot drinks, soup, hot water bottles, hot stones.
