Activities are based on the University of Derby’s 5 Pathways to Nature Connectedness, and include things such as nature based mindfulness, check-ins, reflections and grounding practices, as well doing natural and heritage crafts, wildlife identification, walks, tai chi, bushcraft, conservation tasks and outdoor cooking. The project also offers a variety of shorter courses and one off events such as wellbeing walks and creative sessions. Thursdays 10am-2.30pm. Book onto a course.
