Our Roots to Wellbeing programme is now being delivered in the following parks:
BRISTOL
Withywood Park – Tuesdays, 10.30am – 1pm
Eastville Park – Wednesdays, 1.00pm – 3.30pm
Hillfelds Park – Fridays, 10.30am – 1pm
Netham Park – Thursdays, 10am – 12.30pm – for Arabic speaking women
BATH
Weston Recreation Ground – Wednesdays, 10.30am – 1pm
Sessions support mental health and wellbeing, calm minds and help people meet others. After taking part, people can feel happier, less anxious and more confident.
Activities include:
* Gentle movement
* Reflection and mindfulness
* Sensory activities
* Light gardening such as planting and pruning
* Nature-focused creative activities
Sessions are open to anyone aged 18+ (and carers).
