Walk & talk group for unpaid carers

Do you look after someone who couldn’t manage without your help? If so, you may be an unpaid carer.

We’d love for you to join us for a series of gentle, friendly walks with the person you care for at the beautiful Oldbury Court Park. This is a chance for you both to enjoy the great outdoors together, surrounded by peaceful green spaces, woodlands, and riverside paths.

You’ll be walking alongside other carers and their loved ones, with one of our lovely support workers on hand to guide the way, offer a listening ear, and share information that may support you in your caring role.

Take a moment for yourselves, stretch your legs, and enjoy nature—together.
